Dusty Rhoad

Dusty Rhoad is a Maintenance Superintendent with extensive experience in managing large teams and overseeing complex projects in the nuclear energy sector. From 2015 to 2019, Dusty served as Superintendent for Nuclear Major Projects Implementation at Duke Energy Corporation, supervising over 400 contract employees and ensuring compliance with safety standards. They transitioned to a Training Consultant role at Accelerant Solutions in 2019, where they updated maintenance training materials for the Hatch Nuclear Plant. From 2021 to 2023, Dusty worked as Operations and Facilities Manager at Clemson University's Energy Innovation Center, leading daily operations and maintenance programs. Dusty currently holds the position of Maintenance Superintendent at ATI, continuing their career in maintenance management. Dusty earned an Associate of Science degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from Florence-Darlington Technical College from 1985 to 1987.
