Eric Tola is an experienced operations and project management professional with a strong background in the steel and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as Operations Superintendent and Project Manager at ATI since November 2021, Eric has previously held key positions, including Plant Manager at Ohio Gratings, Inc. and Owner of Tola Steel Solutions LLC. With a long tenure at Universal Stainless & Alloy Products Inc. as Manager of Rolling and Finishing and at AK Steel Corporation as Department Manager, Eric has developed extensive expertise in operational leadership. Eric began a career in management as a Manager at HR Professional and ATI early in the 1990s. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Washington & Jefferson College, earned between 1989 and 1993.
