Hani Madbak P.E

Hani Madbak, P.E., MBA, is a senior director of engineering and operations with over 18 years of experience in the chemical manufacturing, specialty materials, metals production, and power generation industries. They have successfully managed complex capital projects valued at over $500 million and hold full P&L accountability. Currently, Hani leads engineering operations at ATI, driving strategic alignment across various functions and fostering innovation and collaboration. Previously, Hani held key positions at BASF and Siemens, where they contributed to project execution and improvement initiatives. Hani earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky and an MBA from Clemson University.
