Heidi Oertel

Heidi Oertel is a seasoned Director of Human Resources with comprehensive experience in various HR disciplines, particularly in Compensation, Employee Relations, and Talent Management. They worked at ATI Flat Rolled Products from 2008 to 2012, progressing from Talent Acquisition Administrator to Human Resources Manager, where they managed key enterprise programs and led the Coronavirus Response Team. Currently, as a Senior Human Resources Manager, Heidi is responsible for fostering strong relationships with functional leaders to support business objectives while guiding a team of HR professionals. They hold a Master’s Degree in Industrial Labor Relations and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
