Kellie Brant -

Kellie Brant is a Business Engineer at ATI, where they leverage their manufacturing experience and effective communication skills to drive continuous improvement and change management initiatives. Prior to this role, Kellie served as a Continuous Improvement Lead at ATI, focusing on lean tools to enhance productivity and team performance. Kellie also held positions as an Ultrasound Technician Lead and Quality Control Inspector, where they implemented training and quality assurance practices. They are currently pursuing an Associate of Science degree in Technology and Business Management at Linn-Benton Community College, having previously earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Organizational Leadership from George Fox University.
