Kyle Krchniak

Kyle Krchniak is a senior operations leader with 25 years of progressive leadership experience in enhancing performance in safety, quality, responsiveness, and cost across both stable and turnaround operations. They have successfully facilitated lean and change initiatives that resulted in significant efficiency and cost improvements. Kyle has held various roles in operations and supply chain management, overseeing large teams and significantly improving operational metrics at companies such as Oetiker Group, Delphi Automotive Systems, and Aavid Niagara. Currently, Kyle serves as a Plant Manager at ATI Specialty Materials and is pursuing a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University. In their personal time, they enjoy family activities, athletic participation, and expanding their professional network.
