Mark Mounts

Mark (Tony) Mounts is an Operations Superintendent at ATI Specialty Materials, where they continue to apply their extensive supervisory experience. With over 28 years in management, they have demonstrated a strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and a commitment to strategic process improvements. Previously, they served as an Operations Supervisor and Production Supervisor at ATI and IGS Industries, respectively. Mark began their career as a Press Operator at Industrial Gasket & Shim Co., Inc., and holds a diploma from McGuffey High School.
