Matt O'Connor is a change agent and veteran operations executive with significant leadership experience in high-pressure environments. After serving as a Naval Aviator for over a decade, they transitioned to corporate leadership roles, notably in IT and business integration, where they drove organizational transformations and continuous improvement initiatives. Currently, they serve as the General Manager of Powder Operations at ATI Specialty Materials, overseeing multiple production facilities and achieving record production volumes. Matt's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and multiple certifications, including Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Manager Certification.
