McIntosh Tim is currently the Manager of Operations, Process Control and Automation at ATI (Allegheny Technologies Incorporated), where they lead a team of Automation Engineers to enhance machinery performance and operational efficiency in a steel finishing plant. Prior to this role, McIntosh served in various engineering and management positions at ATI from 2005 to 2015, including Manager of Operations and Principal Engineer. They began their career as a Graduate Research Assistant at West Virginia University, contributing to significant advancements in mechanical and software systems. McIntosh holds a Ph.D. program and an M.S.M.E. in Robotics from West Virginia University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.
