Sam Gage

Sam Gage possesses extensive experience in naval operations and business development. From April 2014 to November 2016, Sam served as the Commanding and Executive Officer at Training Squadron THIRTY-ONE. Following this role, Sam was a Special Assistant to the Chief of Naval Operations for JCS Matters and Director at the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations from July 2019 to September 2023. Between August 2011 and January 2014, Sam held the position of Branch Chief for Information Operations and Special Technical Operations at The Joint Staff. Prior to those roles, Sam worked as Navigation Officer and Head of Department on USS JOHN C. STENNIS (CVN 74) from January 2017 to May 2019. Currently, Sam is the Director of Business Development at ATI Defense, starting in October 2023. Sam holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from the Naval Postgraduate School.
