Todd Flannery

Todd Flannery is currently the Director of Business Development at ATI, specializing in the aerospace and defense markets, where they have successfully grown defense revenues by 27%. They previously served as the Director for the United States Navy Office of Legislative Affairs, where they led a team to achieve legislative objectives and fostered relationships with Members of Congress. Prior to that, Todd held various leadership roles in the Navy, including Commander of the Helicopter Sea Combat Wing Atlantic, overseeing thousands of personnel and helicopters, and earned recognition for implementing innovative operational practices. Todd received a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from the United States Naval Academy and a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of San Diego.
