Tom Riffe

Tom Riffe is the APQP Director of Quality at ATI Specialty Materials, where they currently lead efforts to implement the Aerospace Engine Supplier Quality system and Advanced Product Quality Planning for high-performance materials in various industries. With extensive experience in quality management, Tom previously held roles as a Quality Manager at multiple companies, including IDEX Health & Science, LLC and Mott Corporation, and served as a Quality Engineer and Regulatory Affairs specialist at BIC. Their career began as a Quality Specialist at W. L. Gore & Associates. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University and a diploma from Bensalem High School. A strategic thinker, they excel in improving operational efficiencies and solving complex issues using LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies.
