ATICA, established in 2020 by Akash Goel and Bonish Gandhi, with their extensive background in the hotel industry, marked by years of experience has emerged as a frontrunner in revolutionizing the sales and digital strategy landscape for Hotels. At its core, ATICA is a last-mile sales and revenue management company. It disrupts the age-old manual proactive sales process using its proprietary lead generation and CRM tool. Moreover, hands-on revenue management and reactive sales (including RFPs) management by Atica lead to maximum revenue for Hotels from brand as well as 3rd party websites.

Furthermore, ATICA has garnered significant support from investors, with funding secured from Titan Capital & DLF underscoring its potential and viability in the market. This seasoned team, now on their third entrepreneurial journey, brings a wealth of insights and industry knowledge to the table.
ATICA's client portfolio boasts a diverse range of hotel owners, encompassing properties affiliated with major brands such as Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Hyatt, Choice, Wyndham, Best Western, and others. Through a combination of expert sales management, strategic digital marketing initiatives, and advanced revenue management technology modules, ATICA delivers tangible results for its clients, helping them thrive in an increasingly competitive hospitality landscape.
With a deeply ingrained ethos of fostering talent and nurturing careers, the company places a paramount emphasis on providing sustainable career paths for its employees. By investing in professional development, mentorship programs, and a conducive work environment, ATICA ensures that its team members not only thrive but also contribute meaningfully to the company's overarching mission and objectives.
