Dulce Heredia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing and CRM management, currently serving as the CRM Manager for Spain and Portugal at Atida since February 2022. Previously, Dulce held prominent roles at DOSFARMA as Head of Marketing Strategy and Marketing Manager, as well as at PcComponentes as Responsable de Estrategia y Marketing. Significant contributions were made at Agencia Kitchen as Head of Digital & Innovation, where Dulce executed 360 campaigns for high-profile clients like LG and Codere Apuestas. Prior experience includes Client Services Director at Social Noise, overseeing a large team and managing multiple client accounts, along with various roles in project management and product development across different organizations. Dulce holds a Diplomatura in Ingeniería Técnica en Informática de Sistemas from Universidad de Murcia, complemented by a Business Expert degree from thePower and Engenharia de Edificación from UCAM.
