Mitul Singh is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in team management, process development, and stakeholder engagement, currently serving as Assistant Manager - Operations at Atidiv since March 2015. With a career that includes roles as Senior Team Leader and Team Leader at Atidiv, Mitul has successfully handled end-to-end process management, created training modules and standard operating procedures, and established performance measurement systems. Previous experience includes a Senior Executive position at International SOS, where Mitul managed emergency evacuation projects, and an Assistant Manager role at Deepak Fertilisers & Petrochemicals Corp. Ltd., focusing on market research and business insights. Mitul began the career as a Research Analyst at McKinsey & Company and has also worked for WNS Global Services and Indiabulls. Mitul holds an MBA in International Business from Fortune Institute of International Business and a B.Sc. in Chemistry from Delhi University.
