Xavier Eusebio has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and companies. In 2010, they worked as a Front-end and Functional Expert at Sopra Group, where they managed projects using the Scrum method and implemented a JS BI platform for Arcelormittal. Xavier also integrated a CRM system with SAP for Jardiland. From 2014 to 2016, Xavier worked at Smartlink SA as the Head of Delivery, overseeing product management, customer relationships, and reporting activities. Xavier also fulfilled the role of Product Owner, managing a remote team in Vietnam. In 2016, they became the CEO of SmartDev and focused on implementing new HR processes, creating partnerships, and improving quality standards. Xavier then joined Wizbii in 2018 as a Product Owner before moving to Gracia Media Web in 2019 as the COO. In this role, they supported the founders in strategy development, led the transition to an Agile organization, and negotiated partnerships with various third parties. Xavier is currently working at Atipik Inc. as a Product Owner Manager.

Xavier Eusebio has a diverse education history. Xavier obtained a Master 2 degree in Management et système d'information from Université Savoie Mont Blanc from 2005 to 2010. In 2009, they briefly attended Université Laval to pursue a Master 2 degree in Technologies de l'information. Prior to these experiences, Xavier Eusebio earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mise en réseau de systèmes informatiques et télécommunications from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, graduating in 2007.

Apart from their formal education, Xavier Eusebio has also acquired additional certifications. In 2009, they obtained the IPMA certification from AFITEP. In 2016, they earned a verified certificate for Introduction to Game Design from edX.
