Colin Smith has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles, currently serving as President at Northgate Parts Inc. and Arco Distributing, as well as Principal at Greenleaf Capital Partners, LLC, where advisory services encompass capital raisings, mergers & acquisitions, and investments in smaller middle market businesses. Colin is also a Co-Founder and Investor at American Testing & Inspection Services, focusing on delivering reliable testing and inspection services. Previous positions include CFO at Arrive Logistics and Vice President of Finance at Kataman Metals LLC, along with experience as a CPA at Lopata, Flegel & Company LLP and in transaction support services at RSM US LLP. Colin holds both an MS and BBA in Finance and Accounting from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
