Eric Rosenstein is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and business development. Currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer at Atkins North America since 2010, Eric manages CEI projects across North Central and North Florida. Prior roles include Area Engineer at Greenhorne & O'Mara, Inc. from 1993 to 2010 and Project Engineer for FDOT from August 1984 to September 1987. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida, where education was completed from 1978 to 1984.
