Stuart Moore

Stuart Moore is an experienced construction management professional with a strong background in project oversight and engineering. Currently serving as Area Manager and Senior Project Manager at Atkinson Construction since January 2016, Stuart has previously held the role of Area Manager at Orion Marine Group, where responsibilities included overseeing over 70 projects and managing a team of 25 staff and 100 craft employees. Prior to this, Stuart worked at Kiewit from February 2002 to May 2013, where key projects included managing the construction of the SR520 Pontoon Casting Basin and supervising various significant marine construction initiatives. Stuart's career began at General Construction Company as a Project/Design Engineer, contributing to projects like the John Day Dam and SR2 Ebey Slough Bridge. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington and an Associate's degree in Civil Engineering from Shoreline Community College.
