Adele Davies

Adele Davies (née Gibb) has extensive experience in engineering and project coordination within the construction and maritime sectors. Notably, Adele worked as a Construction Student at Balfour Beatty plc, where involvement in school refurbishment projects spanned over two years. Following this, Adele completed various roles at BAE Systems, including Summer Intern and Industrial Placement Student, focusing on engineering solutions for HM Naval Base Portsmouth. Transitioning to higher responsibility, Adele held multiple engineering titles at Hoare Lea, culminating in the role of Senior Mechanical Engineer. Currently, Adele serves as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at AtkinsRéalis while also contributing to education outreach as the Education Outreach Coordinator Support and Student Awards Ambassador for Women in Property. Academically, Adele achieved A Levels in Maths, Physics, and Chemistry at Bilborough College and graduated with a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering with Distinction from the University of Portsmouth.
