Stuart Smith

Stuart Smith is an experienced hydroecologist and Associate Director at Atkins, where they deliver high-quality applied hydroecological research and provide technical leadership for regional water resources groups. With a history spanning over two decades in the water sector, they have contributed to significant river restoration and wetland creation projects. Stuart also volunteers as a Warden at Barnack Hills and Holes and previously served in similar roles with The Wildlife Trusts. They hold a BSc in Geography from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth, and an MSc in Catchment Dynamics and Management from the University of Leeds.
