Dinesh Raja

Dinesh Raja currently serves as the People Business Partner for Engineering, Product, and Design at Atlan, beginning in April 2024, where responsibilities include driving strategic HR initiatives, enhancing talent development, and aligning HR strategies with business goals. Previously, Dinesh held the position of Function Head for People, Talent & Ops at CloudSEK from October 2023 to March 2024, and served as a People and Communities Representative at Cisco from February to October 2023, contributing to the enhancement of AI/ML initiatives following the Armorblox acquisition. Dinesh has also worked as a People Operations Lead at Dezerv and as a People Operations Specialist at Domino Data Lab, showcasing expertise in performance management and team management. Dinesh holds a Postgraduate Degree in HR Management and Analytics from Amity University and an ICM Diploma in Aviation and Hospitality Administration from the Frankfinn Institute of Aviation.
