Edgar de Groot

Edgar De Groot has extensive work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Edgar began their career at Logisterion in 1993 as a Technical Consultant and then joined Axway in 1996 as a PreSales Consultant. In 2005, they moved to Information Builders where they held various positions, including Business Architect and Technical Manager Benelux. From 2015 to 2020, Edgar worked at Birst, where they served as a Senior Solutions Engineer, Principal Solutions Engineer, and eventually as Director Solution Consulting EMEA. In 2020, they joined ThoughtSpot as a Senior Sales Engineer and recently transitioned to Atlan as a Principal Sales Engineer in 2022.

Edgar De Groot obtained a Bachelor of Information and Communication Technology with a specialization in CIM from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences between 1990 and 1996. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from Snowflake, including SnowPro Core Certification and Hands On Snowflake - WebUI Essentials in 2020 and 2021.
