Max Pollinger

Max Pollinger is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles, primarily in operational and strategic capacities. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Atlan since September 2025, Max previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Vitacorps, where significant achievements included securing a contract to deliver healthy home solutions to military housing and optimizing operational processes. Prior to that, Max spent over a decade at Delos™ in various roles, including Chief of Staff, where efforts focused on strategic alignment and organizational transformation. Additional experience includes participation in the On Deck Chief of Staff fellowship program and internships focused on sustainability and green building. Max holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Colby College.
