Woojae Yi is a technical support engineering leader with extensive experience in managing teams and delivering technical solutions. Currently serving as the Manager of Technical Support Engineering at Atlan since November 2025, Woojae previously held the position of Technical Support Manager at Plaid from 2022 to December 2025. Prior to that, Woojae worked at Optimizely from 2017 to 2022, where roles included Manager and Sr. Manager of the Applications Support Engineer Team, as well as US Team Lead. Woojae began a career in service as a Corps member with Jumpstart in 2012, contributing to the development of preschool children's literacy skills. Woojae holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Science from the University of California, Berkeley and is a graduate of Dev Bootcamp in Full-Stack Web Development.
