Bill Cooper

Director, Diversity Strategies at Atlantic Constructors, Inc.

Bill Cooper has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Bill started their career in 2005 as the Director of Supplier Diversity at the University of Virginia and held this position until 2011. From 2011 to 2014, they served as the Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. In 2014, they worked as a Consultant, Executive Coach, and Certified Emergenetics Associate at The Inclusive Edge. Bill then joined Johnson, Inc. in 2015 as the Senior Vice President, followed by their current role as the Director of Diversity Strategies at Atlantic Constructors, Inc., which they started in the same year.

Bill Cooper obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Architecture from the University of Virginia in 1976. After that, they pursued a Master's degree in Urban Planning from the same university, completing it in 1978. In 1987, they joined the University of Virginia - Darden Graduate School of Business Administration and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 1989. Additionally, in August 2015, they became a Certified Emergenetics Associate through Emergenetics International.
