John Owens

John Owens is a seasoned construction manager with extensive experience in industrial plant and pipeline construction management. Currently, John serves as a Construction Manager at Atlantic Constructors, Inc. since June 2015, specializing in greenfield and brownfield projects. Prior roles include Construction Manager at Willbros Construction (U.S.) LLC, overseeing pipeline and facilities, and significant tenure at Bechtel from 2000 to April 2014, managing numerous large-scale projects across various states, including telecommunications and refinery construction. Additionally, John has held various titles in different companies between July 1989 and October 2000, contributing to fiber optic backbone projects and pipeline construction.
