Thilo Teboho Winter

Thilo Teboho Winter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent development and venture operations. Currently serving as an Operating Partner at Atlantic Labs and Food Labs since January 2020, Thilo focuses on supporting mission-driven founders in transformative technology ventures. Additionally, Thilo also leads talent and venture development at Coleap, where efforts include the creation of an online course aimed at bridging business and people leadership. Previous roles include Interim Chief People Officer at Gorillas and Executive Manager of the Engineering Hub for Germany at Michael Page, where Thilo successfully built new business sectors and expanded consulting and recruiting services for international tech companies.
