Jennifer Robbins is currently the Human Resources Director at Atlantic Power Constructors and has held various HR leadership roles, including HR Manager at General Dynamics - Bath Iron Works from 2020 to 2025 and Disability and Ethics Manager at CIANBRO from 2016 to 2020. Prior to their HR career, Robbins held marine positions at Maersk Line, Limited, serving as both 3rd Officer and Marine Claims Manager between 2005 and 2010. Robbins earned a Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation Operations from Maine Maritime Academy in 2005. Specializing in areas such as compensation, employee relations, and maritime compliance, Robbins has extensive experience in operational human resources across industrial and manufacturing sectors.
