Allison Joyce is an accomplished professional in the music industry with extensive experience in A&R operations and event management. Currently serving as A&R Operations at Atlantic Records since March 2020, Allison has been dedicated to enhancing music events and artist development. Prior roles include Event Executive at the Clive Davis Pre-Grammy Gala, VP of Operations at RTA Holdings LLC, and Sr. Director of A&R Operations and Events at Universal Music Group, where significant projects included curating events for diverse artists and spearheading industry award submissions. With early career roles at organizations such as Dmand Entertainment and Zomba Label Group, Allison has developed strong skills in talent management, budgeting, and collaborative project coordination. Allison holds a BS degree in Criminal Justice, Marketing, and Psychology from St. John's University.
