Lance Grooms has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Lance started their career as the Director of Sales at Berger Transfer & Storage in 2000 and held this position until 2006. Afterwards, Lance joined Bekins A-1 Movers, Inc. as the Senior VP of Sales and Marketing, where they worked for almost 9 years. In 2015, they became the Corporate Vice President at Atlantic Relocation Systems, a position they currently hold. Alongside their professional roles, Lance also ventured into real estate investment, owning their own business from 2001 to 2013.
