Shawn Simon

Shawn Simon has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Shawn began their career as a Carpenter and Roofer for General Contractors from 1988 to 1994. Following this, they worked as a Mortgage Loan Officer at FIRST FINANCIAL MORTGAGE SERVICES LLC for two years. In 1997, they joined Marcraft as an Education Salesperson, excelling in the sales of A+ and Net+ certification curriculum. Shawn continued their successful sales career in various roles at Vivid Learning Systems from 1999 to 2016, including National Sales Manager and National Account Manager. During this time, they achieved impressive sales results and implemented customer service plans to improve renewal rates.

In 2016, Simon joined SAP Litmos as a Software Sales Executive, where they built territory plans and increased sales and customer base.
