Dr. Abraham Spence is the Chairman of the Department of Surgery and a distinguished urologist at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center. They earned their medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania and completed urologic surgery training at both the University of Pennsylvania and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. A diplomate of the American Board of Urology, Dr. Spence graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Rochester with a major in Biology and Chemistry, and a minor in Economics & Business Education. Prior to joining AtlantiCare as Co-Medical Director in January 2022, they served as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Urologic Oncology at Jersey Urology Group. Dr. Spence is dedicated to advancing patient care through innovative and comprehensive treatment solutions in urology.
