Patrick Dougherty

Patrick Dougherty is a seasoned global healthcare executive with extensive experience in driving client outcomes across acute and ambulatory markets. Currently serving as the Chief Program Officer at AtlantiCare since October 2024, Patrick has held notable positions such as Chief Technology Officer at Healthcare IT Leaders and MS AVP and Outcomes Executive at Allscripts. Previous roles include National Director of Applications at Catholic Health Initiatives, as well as various director and executive positions at Cerner Corporation. Patrick began the career as a Client Specialist at AllMeds, Inc., and gained early experience as an Implementation Specialist at iPath.
