Leonard Cumberbatch

Leonard Cumberbatch, CFBE, is an experienced hotel operator and professional hospitality executive with a strong background in hotel operations, including food and beverage management, guest services, and budgeting. They have held various leadership positions, such as Resort General Manager at Windjammer Landing Villa and Beach Resort and Vice President of Food and Beverage at Atlantis Bahamas, where they are currently responsible for overseeing strategic planning for multiple tower restaurants. Leonard is also an Adjunct Professor specializing in Hospitality Management and Operations at the University of The Bahamas. They hold a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from the University of Roehampton and have completed certifications at Cornell University.
