Dan Smallbone

Dan Smallbone has a diverse background in operations management and business development. They began their career as a Sous Chef at The Red Lion from 2014 to 2017 and later held various managerial roles at MCFT. From 2015 to 2016, they provided operations management and project planning support at Xerox. Currently, Dan serves as the Director of Empower to Cook Community Interest Company, where they support strategic direction and business growth within a social enterprise dedicated to improving food education. Additionally, they are the Managing Director for London at Atlas since 2025. Dan holds a BSC in Business and Management from the University of Reading.
