Atlas Print is the largest hybrid print production house in the UAE with a vast array of equipment to cater to all aspects of print, be it digital, offset, or wide format.
 
What have we invested in?

- 3 lines of HP wide format production units up to 3.2-meter width and to print on anything from wallpaper to signage and Point of Sale and exhibition stands apart from the usual retail branding. With Latex Ink technology, this water-based ink is the most eco-friendly method of production giving us the ability to print on rigid media such as wood, metal, and glass as well as flexible vinyl and corrugated board.

- A complete automated shopping bag line to cater to the Government’s ruling on banning plastic bags. Bags are printed on recycled and kraft paper in shorter quantities enabling customers to order on demand without tying up cashflow in inventory and also circumnavigating the supply chain dilemma from China and the Far East.

- Indigo 12000 upgraded to the 15000 high-speed commercial sheetfed hybrid machine which works on the widest range of media offset without offset plates. Enabled by HP Indigo liquid Electroink technology, it surpasses all offset prints and allows us to produce the shortest runs without wastage, and provides the widest digital color gamut using up to 7 ink stations on the press.

- Zund, a fully automated digital cutting line that can cut, crease, and make up large substrates of 5 mm thickness & size of 2.5 x 3 meters complemented with laminating and bending devices for PVC, Rigid materials, and board.

- 3 lines of Screen Truepress Jet 520 digital webs with complete Hunkeler finishing to cater for on-demand newspapers, security print, and books on demand. We currently print over 50 international newspaper titles in the original format for the aviation and hospitality sectors daily.

- 3 Xerox lines consisting of the IGen4, IGen5, and the Irridesse for the narrow-width print-on-demand market for promotional stationery and print collateral.
