Chris Cavanagh

Chris Cavanagh is a General Partner at Guidepost Growth Equity, a Boston-based private equity firm, where they focus on growth equity investments in application software and data services sectors. With extensive experience in various industries, including e-commerce and HR technology, Chris currently serves on the boards of multiple organizations such as Atheneum, dscout, and Tractive. Prior to Guidepost, Chris was an Associate and then Vice President at Great Hill Partners, contributing to investment decisions for later-stage growth companies. Chris began their career as an Analyst at Citigroup in the Global Consumer Group, specializing in M&A and debt and equity financings. They hold a BA in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.
