Dave Richards

Dave Richards has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as the Chief Executive Officer at atmail pty ltd. since April 2017. Prior to that, they served as the General Manager at Synchronoss Technologies from March 2016 to February 2017. Dave then worked at Openwave Messaging, Inc. as the General Manager from July 2014 to March 2016, and as the Director of Support and Sustaining Engineering from December 2013 to July 2014.

Before joining Openwave Messaging, Inc., Dave held positions at Critical Path as the Director of Support and Sustaining Engineering from October 2012 to December 2013, and as the Senior Technical Support Manager (Asia-Pacific) from November 2010 to November 2012. Prior to that, they worked at Mirapoint as the Senior Technical Support Manager (Asia-Pacific) from February 2007 to April 2011.

Dave also has experience at Mirapoint Europe Ltd as the Senior Technical Support Manager (EMEA) from 2005 to 2007. Dave started their career at Queensland University of Technology as a Senior Network Programmer from February 1999 to October 2004.

Dave Richards received their Bachelor of Information Technology from The University of Queensland, specializing in Information Systems and Software Development, which they pursued from 1994 to 1996. Later, from 2013 to 2016, they completed their Executive MBA (EMBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from RMIT University.
