Over 16 years of IT Industry experience in functional areas of HR operations, payroll, resource management, compensation & benefits.

Sumithra has been part of ATMECS since its inception and played a key role in setting up HR processes, framing policies, employee payroll, HR metrics, analysis, HR automation, statutory compliance & implementation, employee engagement, performance management, handling HR legal related matters and continuous monitoring of the ongoing operations.

Hands-on experience in handling the employee life cycle. Knowledge on ISMS (Information Security Management System), QMS (Quality management system) standards and controls, SOX compliance. She was actively involved in BOT transactions for all the HR Operations prior.

Prior to joining ATMECS, Sumithra worked with Ness Technologies and Invesco.
