Madison Harper

Madison Harper has a diverse work experience across various companies in the technology industry. Madison currently works at Atmosera as a Strategic Client Success Manager, starting in December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at ClearDATA where they held multiple roles. Madison started as a Customer Success Manager in July 2018 and was promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager in February 2021. During their time at ClearDATA, Madison received recognition as the Employee of the Quarter in Q2 2020. Madison demonstrated a strong understanding of customer business requirements and collaborated with product teams to improve functionality and usability of product sets. Madison consistently educated sales, customers, and peers about ClearDATA's technical products and services and their integration with the cloud. Madison was responsible for managing the largest, most complex, and strategic customer accounts, ensuring seamless onboarding and regular comprehensive account reviews while maintaining HIPAA/GDPR compliance. Before ClearDATA, Madison had a long career at Rackspace Hosting where they held various roles including Professional Services Manager, Practice Lead, Engagement Manager, Project Manager and Operational Liaison, and Enterprise Account Manager. Madison joined Rackspace Hosting in June 2003 and worked there until February 2018. Prior to Rackspace Hosting, Madison worked at Interliant as a Sr. Account Manager/Team Lead from February 1998 to June 2003.

Madison Harper attended Texas A&M University from 1991 to 1997, where they pursued a degree in Agricultural System Management. They obtained an AGSM degree during this period. In addition to their educational background, Madison also holds a certification as an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, which was obtained from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in January 2020.
