Juan Febus

Juan Febus has worked in a variety of roles over the past two decades. In 2021, they began working as a Customer Success Manager for AtoB. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at Glassdoor, where they were a Customer Success & Support Leader, Senior Customer Advocate, and Customer Advocate. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Graduate of California State University, East Bay. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Bilingual Veterinary Account Manager for Abaxis. From 2003 to 2011, they were a Bilingual Medical Account Manager for Henry Schein Inc. From 1999 to 2003, they worked as a Sales Engineer for both Attachmate Corporation and Platinum Technology.

Juan Febus earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Organizational Leadership from California State University - East Bay in 2014. Juan is currently enrolled in a Computer Science program at University at Albany, SUNY.
