Simon Knapp is currently the Managing Director of Abo24 at Atolls, having taken on this role in 2025. Previously, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at Abo24 plus GmbH from 2009 to 2024 and were the Owner of 24cx from 2009 to 2012. Simon completed a Master of Science in Information Systems at Universität Osnabrück between 2010 and 2012, following a Bachelor of Science from the same university. They also attended California State University, Fullerton from 2009 to 2010.
