Rob McIntosh

Rob McIntosh is an internationally acclaimed brand strategist and creative leader with extensive global experience across various prominent agencies and brands. Currently serving as the Studio Director at ATÖLYE since June 2025, McIntosh previously held the position of Executive Brand & Creative Director at McIntosh Atelier, where a 22-person global team was built and led to specialize in architecture, AI, content, and experiential design. As the founder of an award-winning private brand consultancy, McIntosh redefined how brand worlds connect with consumers. Prior roles include Executive Principal for EMEA & Gulf Region at Eight Inc., leading brand marketing at Esprit as Chief Brand Marketing Officer, and advancing experience design at AKQA as Head of Experience Design. McIntosh holds a degree in Graphic Design from the California Institute of the Arts.
