Trixy Basu is a Service Design Consultant and Adjunct Faculty with a diverse background in user experience design and service interactions. They began their professional journey as a Communications Intern at ALSTOM Grid in 2013 and have since held various roles including UX Consultant, Digital & Social Media Strategist, and Experience Design Lead. Trixy specializes in experience and interaction design, user research, and developing impactful solutions for physical products and services. They are currently the Lead Service Designer at ATÖLYE and Visiting Faculty at Middlesex University Dubai, while pursuing a Master of Science in Human Computer Interaction at Universidade da Madeira. Trixy holds a Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University and a BSc in Information Technology from Middlesex University.
