Katie Pace

Katie Pace has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Katie started their career as a Marketing Apprentice at Sunderland College in 2011. Katie then moved on to NAC Group PLC, where they worked as a Training Team Administrator from June 2012 to June 2013, followed by a role as a Pre-Employment Tutor in Manufacturing from July 2013 to December 2014. In 2015, Katie joined The Launch Group as a Programme Delivery Tutor and later became a Recruitment Manager from June 2016 to July 2017. Katie then worked at Blackwell Earthmoving Limited as an HR Coordinator from July 2017 to June 2021. Currently, Katie serves as a People Advisor at Atom bank since June 2021 and was promoted to the position of People Operations Lead in December 2022.
