Director at Atom

Gabriel Holness has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Gabriel began their career as a Gerente de Auditoría at Bustamante, Bustamante & Bósquez (RSM) in 1995, where they gained expertise in auditing financial statements for commercial, industrial, and cooperative businesses. Gabriel also developed a strong understanding of taxation in Panama.

In 2003, Gabriel joined Baker Tilly Panama as a Managing Partner, and they continued to hold this position for an unspecified duration. Gabriel provided leadership and management to the firm.

In 2008, Gabriel served as the Secretary of the Board of Directors for Colegio de Contadores Públicos Autorizados de Panamá. Gabriel fulfilled this role until 2011 when they took on the position of Sub-Tesorería within the same organization. From 2013 to 2015, Gabriel served as a Tesorero within Colegio de Contadores Públicos Autorizados de Panamá.

In 2009, Gabriel became a Director at Top Line Panama. Gabriel also held the position of Presidente in the Programa de Control de Calidad de Panamá from 2015 to 2018.

Gabriel's entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found BpartnersLab in 2016. As a Co-Founder, they played a key role in the development and growth of the company.

In 2020, Gabriel took on the role of Director at Atom. Additionally, in 2015, they became the Director of Boyala Cloud Services.

Throughout their career, Gabriel has gained valuable experience in auditing, leadership, management, entrepreneurship, and finance.

Gabriel Holness has a diverse education history. In 2001, they earned their MBA with a specialization in Entrepreneurship from the University of Louisville. Gabriel then pursued further education in 2009 by completing the Leadership Development Program at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, focusing on International Leadership Development. In 2020, they took a course at MIT Professional Education on Digital Transformation, specifically Digital Strategies for Success. Additionally, in the same year, they attended a course at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, where they studied Product Strategy, including the areas of discovering, developing, managing, and marketing products as a business.

In terms of undergraduate education, Gabriel obtained a Bachelor of Accounting degree from Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua, which they completed between 1996 and 2001. To further enhance their skills, in 2015, they completed a coaching program at the International Coaching Institute, obtaining a certification as a Coach.

In addition to their formal education, Gabriel has also obtained a certification in "Resilient Leadership for High-Performing Organizations" from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Education, which they achieved in March 2021.
