Ned Greaves has a diverse background in finance spanning multiple industries and roles. Beginning in Deloitte's International Tax division from 2002 to 2006, Ned progressed through various positions, including Financial Planning Analyst at BNP Paribas and Royal Bank of Scotland Business, and Senior Financial Planning Analyst at Barclaycard. From 2014 to 2018, Ned founded First Steps and subsequently served as Chief Financial Officer for an Ed Tech startup before taking on the same role at Bear Grylls Ventures from 2019 to 2023. Currently, Ned is the Chief Financial Officer at Atom Group, having also recently been appointed as Head of Finance at Castelli, where responsibilities include leading B Corporation certification and implementing an ESG strategy.
