Brendan James

Brendan James is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in engineering and product development. As the Head of Engineering at Atom Learning since September 2020, Brendan directs the tech strategy for frontend and backend services, focusing on data and machine learning pipelines. Previously, Brendan co-founded Reposit, serving as CTO and Non-exec Director, where a risk-based insurance system was implemented to save UK renters over £1 million annually. Brendan has also held roles at the UK Home Office as a Senior Cyber Security Engineer, and as a Software Engineer at 6point6 and the Government Digital Service, contributing to key projects such as the Digital Marketplace.
