Henny ffrench has held various roles in the past five years. In 2017, they were a Customer Service Representative at Mobile Phones Direct. In 2018, they were a Coordinator at Deloitte, where they worked with a team responsible for updating the internal invoicing system, created and tested internal invoicing codes using SAP software, and created and sent out company-wide questionnaires. In 2019, they were a Recruitment Officer at Extend Before & After School Care, where they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment of Educators and coordinated staff availability to manage daily shifts. Henny was also a Rostering Officer at Independence Australia, where they managed their own client portfolio, coordinated staff availability to manage daily vacant carer shifts, and handled difficult calls involving sensitive information daily. Currently, they are a Senior Content Manager and Content Manager at Atom Learning, as well as a Data Analyst at Spectra-Map.

Henny ffrench attended The Downs School from 2007 to 2014, where they completed their A Levels. Henny then went on to attend Durham University from 2014 to 2017, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology.
